Today’s Text: 1 & 2 Timothy | Preacher: Marshall Gipe (Administrative Pastor)

WRIGHT FAMILY SABBATICAL | Tomorrow, July 31, is Danny’s first day back from Sabbatical! On behalf of the family, we’d like to thank you, the church family, for blessing the Wrights with time away to be refreshed and filled for the ministry to which God has called them. As they begin the process of re-entry, let’s continue to be in prayer for them. Pray that they would enter at a slow pace, being patient and allowing God to accomplish His work in His people. Also pray that they would continue to be blessed by us, their church family, and that they would see encouragement in the time they had, to the glory of God.

JUSTIN PALMER | The elders of Greenville Grace would like to present Justin Palmer to the body as a candidate for joining the deacon team. While the elders have examined him, this is not simply an elder decision, but a church decision. Please look over passages pertaining to deacon leadership (1 Timothy 3, Titus 1, 1 Peter 5, etc.), and share any feedback (either concerns or confirming his call) you have about Justin being a deacon at Grace. Also, please use this review time as an opportunity to hold your current elders and deacons accountable to their qualifications as well! Questions about the process of becoming a deacon? Contact the church office @937. 547.0065.

GATHER @ THE GAZEBO | Next Sunday, August 6th, is our last Gather at the Gazebo. Please join us for worship at the gazebo at the Darke County Fairgrounds. We are looking forward to seeing you all there. Please bring your own lawn chairs!

If you don’t have a copy of the ESV and would like to borrow one, please ask an usher during the service. For more information on the switch, check out our blog post on greenvillegrace.org

ROMANS PREACHING SERIES
| Starting next Sunday, August 6, we will be putting our track shoes on and doing a 16 week sprint through the book of Romans. At a pace of one chapter a week we will zip across the mountain range of doctrine found in this super rich letter.
