SCREEN FREE SPRING | We want to encourage the body to go screen free by turning off phones, tablets, ect. during worship service in the month of May. So dust off that Bible you have sitting on the shelf or borrow a church Bible to get into the word.
GATHERING AT THE GAZEBO | Next Sunday we once again be gathering on at the Gazebo at the Darke County Fairgrounds. Bring your lawn chairs and join us for worship at 10am.
GRACE FAMIILY MEETING | The elders would like to invite both members and non-members to join them for a Grace Family meeting on June 10th at 6pm. This meeting will be to share thoughts and vision for Grace with the church body, with an informal dessert social to follow. Please bring a dessert item to share.
WELCOME TO GRACE CLASS | If you enjoy coming to Grace and would like to learn more about who we are, where we’ve come from, and what we hold to, then join us for a three-session class June 10 (4:00pm), June 24, and July 8(all Sunday evenings) beginning at 6:00pm here at the church. While this class is required for those pursuing membership at Grace, it is open to all who are interested in learning more about Greenville Grace Church. Register by signing the sign-up sheet at the Welcome Center or by contacting the church office @ firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone at 937.547.0065. Childcare will be made available at no cost as required.
ELDER STUDY | Are you interested in learning more about Eldership? Come and join us on June 18, July 2, & 30, August13 @ 6:30pm to begin an in-depth study into what biblical eldership looks like. While this class is a requirement for those men feeling called into the role of eldership, all men at Grace are welcome and encouraged to consider attending. Signup is available at the Welcome Center and include your email so we can send you the link to order your resources.
KIDS MOVE UP DATE | On Sunday, June 24th children may move up to the next grade level for those that will be moving. June 27th will be the first night new 7th graders can attend Elevate.
TRI-STATE YOUTH CAMP | Camp will be held July 8-13 at Camp Lebanon in Oregonia, OH. Junior Camp is for children exiting grades 3-6, cost $155. Senior camp is for students exiting grades 7-12, cost $180. June 1, price increases by $50. Registration is online and can be found at www.tristatecamp.com.
OLD STORY NEW | This week’s lesson: Lesson 32 (Jesus Washes the Disciples Feet). Your Children’s Church teacher will spend time working through the basic storyline of this week’s lesson. The lessons in Old Story New (the book all of our classes use) are broken into 5 days to help facilitate a consistent, Gospel-centered family devotion time in your home.
