Friday Night Seminar – We hear so many competing voices from our culture that make it difficult to shape our lives around scripture while not being influenced by those voices. Please join us on April 27th @ 7pm here at the church for a one-night free seminar that will center around just who we are and what we have been designed by God to do while we are here doing this thing called life. The night is simply called “Who Am I?” and we will explore the design of man and the desire of God from Genesis 1-3. All are welcome to attend. While the event is free, we are requesting that all participants pre-register. To register contact the church office @ 547-0065 or visit: www.greenvillegrace.org and click on the ‘Who Am I’ banner on the home page.
Mowing Help Needed – Our building and grounds team would like to once again see if we cant get enough volunteers together (that own and can transport their riding mower) to keep the church lawn mowed up this year. If you might like to help out, visit the welcome center or contact the church office @ 547.0065.
Mother/Daughter Tea – On April 28 at 2pm, Grace Women’s Ministry is hosting a mother/daughter tea here at the church. Mothers, bring your daughters and a favorite teacup and join us for a time of fellowship and worship. Questions? Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 547.0065
Baptism – If you are interested in declaring your salvation publicly through obedience in baptism, we have scheduled a baptism during our April 29th service. If you would like to be baptized, please contact the office @ 547.0065 to schedule an interview with a pastor/elder. (If you would like to be baptized, but April 29th is not a good date for you, please let us know as well.)
Give Blood! – On Monday, April 30 from 3-7pm, Grace will be hosting our Spring blood drive. If you have never given blood, please consider doing so. One blood donation can save up to three lives! (If you like to make cookies…visit the welcome center to see how you can bake some treats to give the donors after they have given).
Spring Workday – Bring the family by the church on Saturday May 12 at 8am for a morning of spring cleaning inside and out. If you have any tools that might be helpful in ‘sprucing up’ the landscaping and/or for general cleaning, bring them along and enjoy a morning of fellowship / stewardship! No signup is required, but if you need more information, contact the church office at 547.0056
Porterbrook (June class) – Ok…so you have placed your faith in Christ and trust Him implicitly for your salvation…but what does that have to do, if anything, about relationships that you have with others around you? Join us on May 19th at 7am, for a 3.5 hour class and discussion on how the Gospel informs not just our relationship with God but everyone that we come into contact with. There are supplies that you will need and homework that you will need to do in advance, so we need to know by May 6th if you would like to join the class. To get more details and/or signup, please contact the church office @ 547-0065 or email@example.com and ask for Danny Wright. Cost for the class is $25.
VBS Volunteer HELP NEEDED! – Our VBS will be held on June 10-15 this year. To make it a success we need A LOT of help in A LOT of different areas of giftedness. Visit the welcome center today to see how you can help make this event a success!

Clay Hole (Clay Hole, KY): Please be in prayer for Henry Wilson and his family as they shepherd the flock in Breathitt County, Kentucky. They have a desire for people in their community to find their identity and trust not in themselves or a government agency but solely in Christ alone. Pray that they have discernment and creativity as they minister to those in one of the poorer counties in America and that their efforts would bear much Gospel fruit for many generations to come.
Grace Community (Huber Heights): Pray for Pastor Bob Foote as he leads the body that the Lord has brought together in Huber Heights. Pray that their open gym ministry that has been gaining popularity and momentum in the community would be a fertile ground for true Gospel conversations to take place in that it would result in seeing men in the community come to faith in Christ.
